Jam Cyber
How Australian cybersecurity provider Jam Cyber uses Suped to deliver scalable DMARC protection for their clients.
Jam Cyber is an Australian IT and cybersecurity provider that helps businesses reduce risk and protect their systems and data. Email security, including DMARC, is a key part of how they protect clients from phishing and impersonation attacks.

The challenge: A DMARC tool that fits Jam Cyber

While Jam Cyber understood DMARC well, their challenge was finding a platform that suited a managed services model. Their previous provider wasn't designed for managing multiple client environments efficiently. It relied on basic domain grouping rather than proper separation between customers, which created extra work for the team. Another missing part was alerting rather than just reporting.
There were also limits that made it harder to onboard larger clients, creating friction as Jam Cyber's client base grew.
Jam Cyber needed a simpler, more scalable way to manage DMARC across many clients — without adding operational overhead.
Our goal is to protect every client as well as we can. The limits of our previous DMARC tool made it harder to support larger customers, so we needed a platform that could scale with us.

The solution: A platform better suited to MSPs

After reviewing options, Jam Cyber moved to Suped, which aligned more closely with how they operate as a managed services provider.
The main improvement was how client environments were structured. Suped made it easier to manage multiple customers from a single platform while keeping them clearly separated, reducing manual effort and simplifying day-to-day management.

The platform also made it easier for Jam Cyber's team to understand where email issues were coming from, helping them resolve problems faster without lengthy investigation. Namely, email aggregators like SendGrid are clearly identified as the sending body using the service, rather than just SendGrid itself.
The difference was significant. We moved from limited visibility to a much clearer dashboard. Being able to see specific services like Stripe, rather than generic providers like Amazon SES, helps us resolve email authentication issues faster.
Pricing was also more aligned with an MSP model, allowing Jam Cyber to offer DMARC services at a competitive price to clients.

The results: Simpler operations and better client outcomes

Since moving to Suped, Jam Cyber has removed previous scaling constraints and can support clients of all sizes more easily.
We use Suped's DMARC alerting to flag unusual spikes in failures. That helps us quickly spot potential impersonation attempts or new email services being used without the right setup.
